Make sure that you eat a lot of food. Skinny people are known to have enormous metabolic rates, thereby quickly digesting all that found its way down the stomach. So if you are used to a 1500 calorie diet on a daily basis, double or triple up the quantity of food you consume, and make sure it’s a healthy, nutrient-rich, balanced diet that you are hogging on, in order for it to be able to be transformed into muscles, when you are working out.
